JUDGE PURKISS:� This is the final hearing of an application for a care and placement order in relation to �L�, born on 5 th December 2013.� L�s mother is �SP�; L�s father is �SH�.� Both of L�s parents have parental responsibility for him.
��������� On 5 th June 2013, I made care and placement orders in relation to L�s older sibling, AP-H, and the brief judgment that I gave in relation to that application is set out at G41 of the bundle before me for this hearing.
