Nadia has worked as a delivery driver for SpeedParcels Ltd for 3 years. Her contract states she is a 'self-employed contractor.' She wears a SpeedParcels uniform, uses their app for all deliveries, cannot decline jobs without penalty, and has no opportunity to work for competitors during shifts.
