the application (no. 50239/11) against the Republic of T�rkiye lodged with the Court under Article 34 of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (�the Convention�) on 31 May 2011 by a Turkish national, Mr Fesih �oban (�the applicant�), who was born in 1958 and lives in Muş and who had been granted legal aid and was represented by Mr  �. Avcı , a lawyer practising in Van;

the decision to give notice of the application, concerning an alleged breach of the right to a fair trial, the right to freedom of expression and the right to freedom of assembly, to the Turkish Government (�the Government�), represented by their Agent, Mr Hacı Ali A�ıkg�l, Head of the Department of Human Rights of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of T�rkiye;

the decision to reject the Government�s objection to the examination of the application by a Committee;
