the application (no. 58166/18 ) against the Republic of Lithuania lodged with the Court under Article 34 of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (�the Convention�) by a Lithuanian national, Mr Tadas Pui�ys (�the applicant�), on 27 November 2018;

the decision to give notice to the Lithuanian Government (�the Government�) of the complaint under Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 to the Convention concerning the applicant�s house and to declare inadmissible the remainder of the application;

The application concerns construction of a house which was carried out after obtaining the relevant permits but later declared to be partly unlawful.
