the application against the Republic of Azerbaijan lodged with the Court under Article 34 of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (�the Convention�) by an Azerbaijani national, Mr Ildar Rustamovi� Fayzov ( İldar R�stəmovi� Fayzov - �the applicant�), on 26 July 2012;

the decision to give notice to the Azerbaijani Government (�the Government�) of the complaint concerning Article 5 � 1 of the Convention and to declare inadmissible the remainder of the application;

The case concerns, under Article 5 � 1 of the Convention, the applicant�s detention without a court order for certain periods of time.
