the application (no. 1609/13 ) against the Russian Federation lodged with the Court under Article 34 of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (�the Convention�) by two Russian nationals, Ms Nataliya Guramovna Lesnykh and Mr Sergey Ivanovich Lesnykh (�the applicants�), on 7 November 2012;

the decision to give notice to the Russian Government (�the Government�) of the complaints concerning the failure properly to investigate the death of Mrs D.G., the applicants� daughter;

The present case concerns the applicants� complaints under the procedural aspect of Article 2 of the Convention about the lack of an effective investigation into the death of their daughter who was found hanged in the yard of her own house.
